Do you store patient data or PHI?
No. You screen a medication and its ingredients, not a patient record. Nothing identifiable about a patient is entered or stored.
What does the FREE trial include?

Before you ask
How is the Cohort Explorer licensed?
As a paid research license, invoiced through your institution with purchase orders accepted. You can see the license tiers on the research page. Department and library-wide licensing is scoped on a consult.
What does one license cover?
One research group: the PI and their team. Faculty, research staff, postdocs, and graduate students working under the PI are covered. Department or multi-lab coverage is an institutional license.
What is in a cohort export?
A FAIR research package: CSV, JSON, and Parquet data, plus a datapackage.json, a codebook, a CITATION.cff, and a pandas loader.
Can I cite it in a paper?
Yes. Every export ships with a citation file plus a data-as-of stamp and a dataset version, so your results are reproducible and datable.
How is privacy handled?
Exports are k-anonymized: cohorts below the k threshold are refused outright, and per-filler cells below it are suppressed. The k floor and the suppression rule are documented in every export codebook.
