Pharmacy subscriptions and existing individual provider subscriptions. Effective July 28, 2026. Version 3.
These terms govern billing for two kinds of AllergenMaps subscription. A pharmacy subscription is licensed to a licensed pharmacy, clinic, or health system, set up with us and billed under the order form or agreement we sign with that organization. An individual provider subscription is a legacy personal subscription bought on this site before July 28, 2026. Individual subscriptions are closed to new customers (see section 3) and existing ones continue on the terms below. Accounts provisioned at no charge, including verified student accounts and complimentary access, are not subscriptions and are not billed.
Pharmacy subscriptions are priced per licensed location and banded by that location's daily prescription volume. The entry price is shown on the pricing page; your location count, volume band, billing period, and total are confirmed in writing in your order form before anything is charged, and that document is the price you pay. Applicable taxes are added as stated there.
The standard pharmacy term is one year, prepaid. A month-to-month option is available at a higher rate; the rate, the term, and what the license covers are stated in your order form. Advertised per-month figures for the annual term express the annual price divided by twelve and are billed as a single annual amount, not monthly.
Existing individual subscriptions continue at the price and billing period, monthly or annual, shown at the checkout where they were purchased, subject to section 8.
AllergenMaps no longer offers a free trial and no longer sells individual subscriptions. No payment card can be entered on this site, and no new subscription starts without a countersigned order form. If you hold an individual subscription that began with a free trial, that trial ran on the terms stated at your checkout and your subscription has since converted or been cancelled as those terms provided.
Subscriptions renew automatically. At the end of each billing period, the subscription renews for the same period at the then-current price and the payment method or invoicing arrangement on file is charged, until it is cancelled. By starting or continuing a subscription you authorize these recurring charges. For a pharmacy subscription, the renewal term and any minimum commitment are stated in the order form.
An annual pharmacy subscription renews for a further one-year term unless cancelled before the renewal date. We send a renewal reminder to the billing contact on the account at least 30 days before each annual renewal, stating the renewal date and the amount to be invoiced.
If you hold an individual subscription, you can cancel at any time without contacting anyone: sign in, open Account, choose Manage billing, and cancel in the secure billing portal. Cancellation stops the automatic renewal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
A pharmacy cancels under the notice provision in its order form, by writing to legal@allergenmaps.org. Cancelling an annual term stops the automatic renewal; access continues to the end of the term already paid for. Either kind of subscription can also be cancelled by email at that address.
New pharmacy subscriptions carry a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of the date your access is activated, we refund the subscription fee for that term in full. Request it by writing to legal@allergenmaps.org within that window. The guarantee applies to the first term of a new pharmacy subscription, not to renewals.
Outside that window, charges already made are not refunded on a prorated basis when you cancel; you keep access through the end of the paid period instead. We correct billing errors in full. Where the law of your jurisdiction grants a mandatory refund right, that right is unaffected by these terms.
If a renewal charge fails, our payment processor retries it. If payment cannot be collected, we may suspend or cancel the subscription. An individual subscriber can update their card at any time in the billing portal; a pharmacy is contacted at its billing address.
We may change subscription prices. A price change takes effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you by email at least 30 days before a renewal that applies a higher price. If you do not want the new price, cancel before that renewal. Closing individual sales does not by itself change the price of an existing individual subscription.
Card and invoice payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your full card number. Stripe's handling of your payment details is described in its own privacy policy.
These billing terms supplement the Terms of Use, your pharmacy's order form or agreement, and, for an existing individual subscription, the Single User License Agreement. Where they conflict on billing, renewal, or cancellation, these terms control, except that a signed pharmacy agreement controls over these terms for that pharmacy.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here and take effect at your next renewal; changes that affect renewal or cancellation are notified by email in advance.
A pharmacy accepts these terms by signing its order form or agreement. An existing individual subscriber accepted them by checking the agreement box at checkout, and that acceptance is recorded with a timestamp on the account.
